Our artists put a lot of attention + detail into custom color creations for our clients in order to preserve the integrity of your hair + ensure you have a great experience with us. We value your time and have implemented a deposit and cancellation policy that will both secure your appointment and keep our establishment organized.

Your 40% deposit for larger color services, such as full and partial, balayage foiling will be applied toward the cost of your service.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you do so at least one week before your scheduled appointment in order to receive a full refund on your deposit.

If you cancel within 7 days of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable, but it may be used as a credit toward any service with said artist/stylist within the calendar year.

Deposits are non-refundable for No-Shows and same day cancellations.
